The calculators
The rebate calculator runs in your browser. The mortgage payment and cash-to-close tools send the home price and loan-scenario details you enter, including your selected credit-score range, to Mortgage Expert’s pricing service to calculate estimates. These tools do not request your name, Social Security number or financial documents. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields.
Email, calls and texts
The message form opens your email app. It does not submit to a website database. If you send an email or text, the information goes through your chosen service and the receiving business's communication systems. Call and text links open your device's phone or messaging app; they do not automatically place a call or send a text.
We use the contact information you choose to share to respond to your inquiry. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank statements or credit documents in an inquiry.
Request a copy of your estimate
If you choose “Email me these numbers,” we send your email address, selected property and calculator scenario—including your selected credit-score range, rate, payment, itemized costs and rebate assumptions—to Shahram through Resend, our email delivery provider, so he can personally respond. This request does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing emails. The estimate is a snapshot and may differ from later rates or listing information. We do not send your email or scenario contents to analytics. Resend’s privacy policy.
Home search
Home searches request authorized Stellar MLS listing data through our server and Repliers. Search criteria, such as city, ZIP code, price and property type, are used to return matching listings. Listing photographs load from Repliers’ image service, which receives standard technical request information needed to deliver those images. Any previously saved home references remain only in your browser and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Optional map search
Opening Map loads map tiles and fonts from OpenFreeMap, using OpenStreetMap data. This service receives technical request information, including your IP address and the map areas requested, to deliver and protect the service. It does not receive mortgage scenarios or inquiry-form contents from us. See OpenFreeMap’s privacy notice. The list search works without loading the map service.
Scheduling a call
Choosing a time opens Calendly. Information you provide there, such as your name, email address, phone number and appointment details, is processed by Calendly and shared with Shahram to arrange your call. See Calendly’s privacy notice. Please do not include sensitive financial documents or account information in booking notes.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics helps us understand visits and clicks on call, text, email, scheduling and property-inquiry links. These clicks do not mean a call, appointment or inquiry was completed. Analytics cookies are optional; choosing “No thanks” keeps them off. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off.
We send page paths without URL queries, referring website origins and basic interaction names. We do not send contact-form contents, listing addresses or mortgage-scenario inputs to Google Analytics. Google may process technical information, such as device/browser information and IP addresses, to provide analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. See Google’s privacy policy.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting service may process standard technical request information to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.
