The affiliated businesses
Diversified Broker, Inc., doing business as SHAHRAM SONDI + CO., provides real estate services. Mortgage Expert, Inc. provides mortgage brokerage services.
Because I own both businesses, I have a financial interest in each and may receive compensation when either provides services to you.
You choose your providers
You are not required to use either company. You may shop for and choose other real estate or mortgage providers. You may use me for either service alone.
The separate written disclosure
This page explains the ownership relationship. For a referral between affiliated businesses, you will also receive the applicable separate written affiliated-business disclosure, explaining ownership, financial benefit, estimated charges and your freedom to choose, before or at the time of the referral.
This website notice does not replace that referral-specific disclosure. Acknowledging receipt does not require you to use either company.
